*A 30% retainer fee of is required for all portrait sessions.(This is a non-refundable retainer)

*Your session begins at the scheduled time. We encourage you to be punctual and as prepared for your shoot as possible.

*After 6 hours 1-hour break is required by the photographer.

*Each look will deliver approximately 20-30 Color corrected and basic edited pictures. Pictures will be uploaded into a private digital gallery for the client to choose their top 5. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable within the photographer’s artistic standards.

*The photographer will never release raw, unedited files under any circumstances.

*Photographer will deliver approximately 5 final images per look. The final gallery will be ready to view, share and download (Full resolution) between 3 to 5 days after they have been chosen by the client.

*Additional pictures and advanced retouching is available for an additional fee. Full-size JPG files will be provided via download.

*Extra hours will be considered right after the time previously agreed on expires.

*The number of looks & times per look will vary and is not contractual in any case.

*Location prices included in 30 miles radius from 90404 Santa Monica, extra miles will be billed separately at 0.50

Many states consider photography services a part of the “fabrication process.” In other words, the labor (photography service) is so closely connected to the final product that the labor necessary to make those images also is taxable. Without the photography service, these items wouldn’t exist because there would be no photos.
